Refund policy

Our canvases are 100% personalised products, made to order from your photos. For this reason, and in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

You approve before you order. The preview of your canvas appears instantly on screen while you personalise it. You can change the photo, style or size as many times as you like before adding it to your basket. Nothing is printed without this approval: you know exactly what you are going to receive.

If there is a problem after delivery. If your order has a printing defect, was damaged in transit, or does not match the preview you approved, we will reprint it and send it to you again free of charge. Send us a photo of the problem at contact@thinkart.store within 14 days of receipt.

No monetary refund is made for a product that matches the approved preview.
