Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of personalised canvases created using artificial intelligence on the online shop thinkart.store.

Article 2 — Products
ThinkArt offers personalised canvases printed on premium 285 gsm canvas, with a matte finish, mounted on 2 cm frames made of 100% recycled plastic and delivered with their hanging kit. Available sizes: 30 × 40 cm, 50 × 75 cm and 60 × 90 cm. Each canvas is made to order from the photos and instructions provided by the customer, and cannot be reproduced. The visuals shown on the site are examples; the final canvas is created specifically for each customer.

Article 3 — Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been made in full. The customer undertakes to provide sharp photos of sufficient quality. ThinkArt reserves the right to refuse an order or to request new photos if those provided are of insufficient quality.

Article 4 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros. Under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable (VAT exemption for small businesses). ThinkArt reserves the right to change its prices at any time; orders are invoiced at the price in force when they are confirmed. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before the order is confirmed.

Article 5 — Timescales
The preview of the canvas appears instantly on screen during personalisation, before it is added to the basket. Once the order has been confirmed, printing and delivery take place within 5 to 7 working days. These timescales are given as an indication only, and a slight delay shall not give rise to any liability on the part of ThinkArt or to any compensation.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal and refunds
In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. As ThinkArt canvases are made to order, they are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

Before ordering: the customer views their canvas on screen and can change their photo, style and size as many times as they wish before adding it to the basket. No printing is started without this approval.

After printing: in the event of a printing defect, a product damaged in transit or a product that does not match the approved preview, ThinkArt undertakes to reprint and resend the product free of charge, upon presentation of photos of the defect within 14 days of receipt.

No monetary refund is made for a personalised product that matches the preview approved by the customer.

Article 7 — Intellectual property
Canvases created by ThinkArt are intended for personal use only. Any reproduction or commercial use by the customer is prohibited without ThinkArt's written consent. ThinkArt undertakes not to use the customer's canvases or photos for promotional purposes without their prior consent.

Article 8 — Personal data
Photos sent by the customer are used solely to create the canvas ordered, are processed using third-party image generation tools, and are deleted within 30 days of delivery. They are never shared with third parties for any other purpose. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

Article 9 — Mediation and disputes
In the event of a dispute, the customer may send a complaint to contact@thinkart.store. An amicable solution will be sought first. In accordance with the regulations, the customer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator free of charge. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction. The customer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
